Cancellation Policy
iDivine Aesthetics provides a 15-minute grace period, after the 15 minutes exhaust your appointment will be rescheduled.
Any cancellations made 24 hours or less before the appointment time will lose the deposit and require a new deposit to book a new appointment.
No Call/No Show appointments will be required to PAY IN FULL before booking a new appointment with iDivine Aesthetics.
(A No Show appointment is any appointment missed without rescheduling or cancellations before the 24 hours window.)
